Do you think the situation is acting as a social leveller, or making inequalities more apparent? Is this Social distancing bringing us together since we are all fighting a common enemy ?
Shubham : I think the situation is making inequalities more apparent. The class divide that we have in our country and the way we treat our migrants hasnt changed, they have always been taken for a ride by rich businessmen and politicians for work and votes and when the time came for them to help they raised their hands and made no attempt whatsover. For most of us working from home might be a minor inconvenience but they are the ones who have suffered and we should have treated them better.

Be more independent and caring.

What keeps you motivated during tough times ? As a leader How would you motivate people around you ?
Shubham : Make sure you call your team members and other colleagues from offices, especially if they are alone. Because apart from food water and medicines...company is also essential these days.
